All recipes, writing and photography has been created by me, a qualified dietitian and nutritionist with a passion for plant-based eating. After discovering that only 5% of Australia’s population eat the recommended serves of fruit and veg a day, I developed the mantra ‘Eat More Plants’. That is what this cookbook is aimed to do. It is for everybody! Plant-based babes looking for new recipe inspiration, those looking just to include a few more plant-based meals in their diet, or those who are interested in adopting a plant-based lifestyle.
